Return Process

Log into your account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the item you wish to return and provide a reason.
- 2.Quality Verification
Upload clear photos or a short video of the product defect to help our technical team authorize the return quickly.
- 3.Package & Pickup
Secure the device in its original brand packaging with all accessories and manuals included for our courier partner to collect.
- 4.Refund or Replacement
Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes QC inspection, we will trigger your refund or dispatch a fresh replacement within 48 hours.
